Technical Capabilities - Human factors research using historical data mining, employee surveys, and observational studies in airline operational processes, including heavy and line maintenance, ramp service, and in-flight service.  Designed practical system approaches that focused on real-time behavioral measurements that effectively reduce error rates and flight safety concerns in the workplace environment, plus ergonomics studies and effective on-job solutions.  Performed intensive work environment and organization studies into major engine and airframe maintenance repair operations that concentrated on flight safety quality.  Tailored approaches of Safety Management Systems were analyzed and integrated into daily operational processes.  Identifying improved process control for decreasing flight safety infractions; including identifying safety defenses and building organizational and front line compliance measures of processes to reduce safety breeches.

Developed a two-year management certificate program for airline’s maintenance operation.  Designed and developed a copywriter program for resource planning of ramp and customer service requirements for airline operations.  Developing safety organizational role/responsibilities and structures for safety and quality functions.  This included extensive on-site and organizational research and developed solutions that provided floor level results.  Developed continuous improvement programs that focused on roles/responsibilities, accountability, and process efficiency.  Created performance and human behavioral measurement systems that provided employee incentives on effectively improving task processes.
